SISU Racing Announces Public Commitment to Advancing Women in Cycling Esports

SISU Racing has today formally launched its Public Commitment Statement to advance women in cycling esports, alongside the formation of the inaugural SISU Racing Women’s Leadership Team. A clear signal of long-term intent, not a symbolic gesture.

The commitment outlines SISU Racing’s belief that performance thrives when belonging comes first. In 2026 and beyond, the team will invest in women-led communities, flagship women’s race series, leadership pathways, and visible storytelling that elevates women not only on the start line, but in decision-making roles in the team.

To lead this work, SISU Racing is proud to introduce the Women’s Leadership Team, bringing together experienced racers, mentors, and community builders from across the globe:

This leadership group will guide the strategy, shape events and initiatives, and ensure women’s voices are central to how SISU Racing grows the sport.

SISU Racing also invited the global community to save the date for March 8, when the team will host a dedicated SISU Women’s event to celebrate International Women’s Day. The event will bring women together on the virtual roads for racing, connection, and visibility - marking the first major milestone under the new commitment. Full details will be announced in the coming weeks, with the celebration set to reflect the same ambition, professionalism, and inclusivity that defines SISU Racing’s approach to women’s advancement.

With this announcement, SISU Racing reinforces its position as a global leader in community driven esports - committed to raising standards, opening pathways, and ensuring everyone deserves a place on the start line.

Let’s go racing. Together. 💜 🚴‍♀️
