SISU Racing was formally established in August 2021, when four founding members united to race WTRL's Team Time Trial #123.

To create a ‘race team’ experience that is fun and rewarding and add create race series that add value to the broader Zwift racing calendar.

WHY SISU RACING?
Adversities are a natural part of the human experience. What is it that enables us to persevere to reach our goals? The Nordic country of Finland has a cultural construct known as SISU. It is used to describe the enigmatic power that enables individuals to push through unbearable challenges, climb new peaks, and have the courage to try things that seem beyond their limits.

CODE OF CONDUCT
The SISU Racing Code of Conduct (Code) outlines the standards of behaviour expected of all Riders and Participants. In addition, it provides guidelines to safeguard personal information in online activities. It is the responsibility of all Participants to uphold this Code.

The SISU spirit empowers individuals to trust in their abilities and take steps forward even when instinct and avoidance of pain tell them to stop. SISU fosters indomitable courage to strive for aspirational goals.
This emphasis balances out brutal determination and discourages unhealthy stubbornness. It allows individuals to enjoy the challenge and take satisfaction from effort, irrespective of the result.
