SISU Racing Launches the SISU Academy – Building Tomorrow’s Professionals
SISU Racing is proud to announce the launch of the SISU Academy – a bold new initiative dedicated to supporting riders under the age of 23 as they grow not only as cyclists, but as people.
This is more than a development program. It is a commitment to the future of our sport.
From its beginnings in 2021, SISU Racing has built a global reputation for resilience, culture and performance. Now, we are taking the next step: investing intentionally in the next generation. The SISU Academy has been created with one clear vision — to support the development of U23 cyclists.
A Pathway With Purpose
The SISU Academy is designed to provide structured support, community connection and real opportunity. We know talent alone isn’t enough. Young athletes need guidance, education, belonging and belief.
Through the Academy, U23 riders will gain access to:
🔹 Mentoring
Experienced SISU leaders and senior riders will provide one-on-one guidance — sharing lessons on racing, mindset, balancing study/work, and building a long-term athletic pathway.
🔹 Coaching Support
Academy riders will have access to coaching advice and performance insights to help them train smarter, recover better and race with confidence.
🔹 Dedicated U23 Discord Channel
A private space within the SISU Racing Discord where young riders can connect, ask questions, share goals and build friendships with others walking the same path.
🔹 U19 & U23 Race Events
Dedicated race opportunities designed to give young riders their own stage — fostering development, tactical awareness and competitive confidence in age-appropriate fields.
